Crystal Healing

Crystal Healing has been carried out for thousands of years and is based on the belief that crystals are charged with energy that harmonises and balances the energy that runs through all living things. We have seven major (and many more minor) chakras, which are energy vortices within the human body, these have a direct effect upon our wellbeing. When our chakras are open and clear of any negativity we will experience good health and wellbeing. If we suffer from mental, emotional or physical dis-ease our chakras will be affected. Using crystals we can clear this negative energy allowing the chakras to function as they should, resulting in better health and wellbeing.

Many conditions or their symptoms may benefit from this treatment: - Wounds and infections; Headaches; Depression; Stress related illnesses; Back problems; Stomach problems. The treatment takes place in a relaxing atmosphere with soft background music. The client lies fully clothed on a treatment couch and crystals are placed on the chakras and around the body. The chakras can then be opened and balanced with any negative energy being removed.

This process takes approximately one hour and is extremely relaxing and enjoyable.
