Anne Widdup is a well respected, experienced and caring Clinical Hypnotherapist, and has over twenty years experience working in mental health.

Anne holds a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and trained at the Central England College for Clinical Hypnosis. She is a Licentiate member of The Association for Professional Hypnosis & Psychotherapy, and is bound by their code of practice.

Anne is committed to providing compassionate and confidential assistance to hep you to make the desired changes in your life, in order to achieve realistic goals with lasting results - to be able to 'change for good'.  Each tharapy session is designed to provide the best possible outcome for the client.

Anne is also a highly experienced Yoga Teacher, having trained with the internationally recognised 'Friends of Yoga Society', The British Wheel of Yoga and the Foundation Level with Viniyoga Britain. Anne holds a CertEd and is a level three registered Exercise Professional (MREP's) Classes are held at various venues in Northamptonshire.

Anne is qualified in Aromatherapy, Massage, Reiki and Indian Head Massage.
