Heather Armstrong BA(Hons) MAR
Heather’s background is in Banking and Finance. In 1998 she chose to turn a lifelong interest in complementary therapies into a new, more balanced lifestyle. After moving from London to Northamptonshire she began to study Reiki. In 1999 she became an accredited practitioner with the Association of Reflexologists and in 2000 became a Reiki Master/Teacher. Since then she has qualified to practice Hopi Ear Candling as well as working with Essences. Heather will often use a combination of techniques in her treatments, for instance using Essences with a Reiki treatment, or giving Reiki/Reflexology combined treatments where you get the best of both worlds. Heather has studied Crystal Healing during 2008 and 2009 and is now pleased to be able to offer Crystal Healing sessions at Natural Possibilities. Heather recently said ' As soon as I started the course, it felt as though I was remembering rather than learning from scratch. All the healing I have done over the last 10 years feels like it has fallen into place. It is so exciting' In 2003 Heather worked as a volunteer therapist in a cancer hospice and continues to have an active interest in using complementary therapies alongside conventional treatment for cancer sufferers. Heather has an Autistic daughter and is well aware of the value of using complementary therapies for sufferers on the Autistic Spectrum. Heather’s belief is that complementary therapies, working alongside conventional medicine, can help everyone regardless of their current state of health or abilities. Helping people to be the ‘best that they can be’ was the main reason that she took the step of opening Natural Possibilities in 2007 and she looks forward to welcoming you.

Avin graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) in 2006 with a degree in Bachelor of Osteopathic Medicine and diplomas in Osteopathy and Naturopathy.
He is a member of the:
- General Osteopathic Council
- British Osteopathic Association
- Osteopathic Sports Care Association
- British Medical Acupuncture Society
Prior to studying osteopathy he was a professional rugby player.
Avin has a particular interest in sports medicine, sport injuries and sports rehabilitation. He has currently been working with top sporting internationals in the field of rugby, football, cricket, golf and motor sports.
Avin’s ambition on completing his training as an osteopath was to work within a sporting environment, however whilst training at BCOM he realised that Osteopathic medicine can benefit not only sports professionals, but also the amateurs amongst us, as well as a variety of non-sport minded people.
Within the course at BCOM numerous special clinics were run. Avin participated in these clinics, which consisted of paediatric (children’s) maternity, geriatric (elderly) and sports injuries. In his 5th year he wrote a research paper as well as studying three special study modules in the fields of:
1. Osteopathic Sports Medicine
2. Advanced Nutrition
3. Cranial Osteopathy
Avin has been appointed the Osteopath and Strength & Rehabilitating coach for the Pacific Island Rugby team that toured Europe in November 2008. The team played against England, France and Italy.
Avin strongly believes that continued professional development is a key factor in maintaining the high standards he aspires to. He recently attended a post-graduate training course with the British Medical Acupuncture Society and is currently working towards an MSc in Western Medical Acupuncture at the Hertfordshire Post Graduate Medical School.
Avin has a very simple and traditional approach whilst treating “Find it, Fix it, Leave it”. Prevention of problems whilst addressing existing complaints is the key to his treatment plan. He may (unless needle phobic!) use acupuncture to complement osteopathy or as a stand alone treatment.
In addition to this Avin has had specific training to use Interferential, Laser (photobiomodulation) and Ultrasound for particular conditions that he feels would benefit his patients.
As well as Osteopathy and Acupuncture Avin has also attended post graduate training in Functional anatomy of structures within the foot during the stance phase of the gait cycle, and prescribes orthotics to those patients that require them.
Avin also practices at Proctor and Gamble as their on-site osteopath.
Avin feel it is important to give back some of his acquired knowledge through teaching at The London School of Osteopathy.
Outside his profession he is a keen rugby coach forming his own academy of aspiring children hoping to become professional rugby players. Currently the academy boasts 3 players with representative honours.HomeProfile
I am a professional Tarot Reader who has been reading the cards for the past 20 years. I can offer guidance and advice on what is coming up on your life path, and help to answer questions, big or small, that may be troubling you.
I am also a Crystal Therapist with a deep interest and connection with the mineral kingdom. After collecting rocks and stones over many years I decided to take it one step further and complete the two year Advanced Crystal Healing Diploma.
In 2000 my journey began. A trip to Nepal opened me up to the world of Meditation and Yoga. Attending a Psychic development course at Mysteries in London strengthened my Psychic/Intuitive side. These two experiences led to many life changes, both internally and externally, and also led me to wanting to help others.
I studied Reflexology and Reiki in London in 2001/2 and became a practitioner. In 2004 I trained in Ayurvedic Massage in Kerala, India. Not long after this I gave up my job in the City of London, and practised these therapies full time, working at various clinics, such as Neals Yard in Covent Garden. I also worked at Mysteries in Covent Garden doing Psychic readings.
I wish to help people find happiness and balance.

Jean Fisher Trained with Doreen Virtue in Hawaii
After the sudden death of my husband Martin in 2005, the life I knew and loved had gone. I needed to find comfort and peace for myself and those around me. As I craved this restoration of faith, I started to find white feathers - often when I was at my lowest, I learned that these were signs from the angels letting me know that they were near me. I began reading literature about angels, and the more I read the greater my thirst for knowledge became. Knowing that I needed to find a new life path, I began asking my angels for guidance. Their guidance lead me to leave my Civil Service job of 17 years and start my own business.
After attending an Angel Workshop, I knew then that was my path in life. I have studied in Hawaii with Dr. Doreen Virtue herself, and qualified in March 2008.
I opened my practice on my return, and have since qualified as an Angel Therapy Practitioner and Reiki Master / Teacher also.I have received an overwhelming response to the therapies I offer.” People have often said to me that they think they can sense a guardian of some sort watching over them – Angel Therapy can help you connect with these guardian angels and even become attuned to hear their messages and guidance.
I help people to release negative emotions and increase a sense of well being and positive harmony and balance in their lives. In my workshops I teach people how to connect with their angels through angel meditation and angel attunements. The key message that I impart to everyone with whom I meet is simply to ask for help and guidance. Manifesting and creating a blue print of your perfect life, via the laws of attraction (positivity attracts positivity) can help you realise your dreams and achieve your goals in life.

This fuelled her interest further and she then went on to successfully complete a four year part time diploma in Homeopathic Medicine, becoming a full time practicing Homeopath and a Registered Member of the Society of Homeopaths.

Michael first developed an interest in healing when he was just 14 – 15 years old, and he suspects that it was inherited from his Aunt Laura who was a teacher and ‘wise woman’. However, as the son of a butcher living in Belton, Rutland, he decided to keep this discovery to himself. Michael did not begin to use his innate gift until he met his wife, Jane, 12 years ago and was encouraged by her to undertake formal training. He is now qualified as an NFSH Spiritual Healer and is a Medical Qigung Practitioner. He follows the Dragongate School of Daoism which is a mix of Buddhist and Daoist beliefs. He currently lives with Jane, his wife, and their five children near Hallaton, Rutland.
Jane Wadd is a local girl, married to Michael and the mother to five children. Together with Michael she is also a foster parent. Her lifelong interest in healing and spiritual matters led Jane to becoming a Buddhist in 2007. Having been brought up within a Christian community she believes that Buddhism and Christianity run parallel to each other.
Jane is an Auric Magnetic Practitioner and also conducts Journey Work – a releasing of the blockages caused by emotional trauma that we may have encountered in our lives.
